Juve ponder Fiore move

Juventus could be about to rescue the career of Valencia’s unwanted midfielder Stefano Fiore.

The Italian hasn’t had the happiest of times in Spain and the Turin giants are ready to end his Liga nightmare.

Fiore joined the UEFA Cup holders in the summer but has failed to settle despite the presence of fellow Italians Marco Di Vaio, Bernardo Corradi and Emiliano Moretti.

And now that Italian boss Claudio Ranieri is no longer with the club, Fiore will leave the Mestalla.

Juventus have been linked with moves for Fiore in the past but may now finally land the former Udinese, Parma and Lazio ace.

The international is a versatile player and would be welcomed by boss Fabio Capello given Juve’s lack of midfield options.

In theory, Fiore’s quality could be used on either flank, as well as in centre midfield alongside Emerson.

The Old Lady of Italian football have good links with Valencia, following the sale of Di Vaio, and Fiore could be netted for just £3m.

Fiore would be open to the move, with Juventus allegedly ready to offer him a two-year deal worth £800,000 a season.

Should Juve net Fiore, then the Delle Alpi club are unlikely to pursue their interest in Lecce’s Cristian Ledesma.

I’m leaving Inter, says Emre

Emre Belozoglu has revealed that he intends to quit Inter and Italian football at the end of this season.

"I’ve told the club officials that I will leave in June because I want to play in a different European country," he told Turkish television.

"I have received offers from Spanish and English clubs and I hope that something concrete develops in one of these two nations.

"A return to Turkey? I will only come back if I fail to secure a move elsewhere," he added.

The Turkish international joined the San Siro outfit in the summer of 2001 after four seasons at Galatasaray.

However, the 24-year-old has failed to get a regular game with the Nerazzurri despite displaying touches of brilliance at times.

The pint-sized midfielder is actually tied to the Italian side until June 2007 but he’s praying that he will be released.

"I still have two-and-a-half years to run on my deal here but I hope there will be no problems," he added.

Both Arsenal and Manchester United have been linked with Emre in the past.

Milan line up Beckham bid

There are reports that Massimo Ambrosini will be offered as part of a package to tempt David Beckham to the San Siro this summer.

Milan have long been linked with the England international, but baulked at the price-tag that took him to Real Madrid. Now that he has failed to live up to expectations at the Bernabeu, it’s rumoured the time is right for the Rossoneri to make their move.

The switch could be as simple as a season-long loan deal until June 2006, the same terms that saw Hernan Crespo join Carlo Ancelotti’s squad from Chelsea.

Beckham hit the headlines this week when he praised the Serie A outfit and tipped them as potential winners of this year’s Champions’ League.

“Milan, especially, have really caught my eye,” said the former Manchester United star. “They cause a lot of problems for the opposition, they are strong in every part of the field and they are so good defensively with Paolo Maldini and Cafu playing as well as ever.”

It is claimed that the key to the whole affair is Massimo Ambrosini, the kind of defensive midfielder that Madrid have been lacking this year and a prime target for director of sport Arrigo Sacchi.

Ambrosini would be more than happy to make the switch to Spain, as he was already linked with Barcelona and Valencia in January.

“I am not a reserve,” commented the Italian international today. “I feel that I can give more to the team and although my rapport with Ancelotti is excellent, that’s just not enough for me anymore.”

His contract expires in 2006 and that makes a summer departure increasingly likely, as Ambrosini has barely set foot on the field this season.

David Beckham è categorico: non intende lasciare il Real Madrid. Qualora dovesse verificarsi questa ipotesi, a lui non gradita, allora chiederà di tornare al Manchester United.

"Quando ho lasciato il Manchester United, pensavo che avrei concluso la mia carriera al Real Madrid: da quel giorno non ho cambiato idea. E' ancora quello che voglio", ha detto il centrocampista inglese.

Das Spiel Lazio - Inter letzten Samstag. Jose Mourinho befand sich im Stadion nicht nur um einen möglichen nächsten Gegner zu beobachten, sondern auch um Pandev zu beobachten. Der kam aber nicht zu einem Einsatz.

Inter Mailand soll laut spanischen Medienberichten an einer Verpflichtung von Felix Ettien von Levante interessiert sein. Die Mailänder sollen den 25-jährigen, von Elfenbeiküste stammenden, Mittelfeldspieler in den letzten Spielen beobachtet haben und könnten Levante bald ein Angebot machen. Deluso ma non rassegnato per l'eliminazione in Champions, Joan Laporta, presidente del Barcellona, vuole rinforzare la squadra per la prossima stagione a dispetto delle voci che vorrebbero Ronaldinho in partenza.

Il Barça è in trattativa con la Qatar Airways per la sponsorizzazione della maglia. Gli arabi della Qatar sarebbero pronti alla firma di un accordo di per 18 milioni di euro, soldi freschi che verrebbero subito reinvestiti sul mercato.

Col titolo della Liga praticamente in tasca, Frankie Rijkaard sarà confermatissimo sulla panchina azulgrana e proprio l'ex giocatore del Milan ha indicato alla dirigenza i giocatori per rinforzate la rosa.

In cima alle preferenze resta David Trezeguet, giocatore ritenuto ideale da affiancare nel tridente offensivo a Ronaldinho e E'to.

Come è noto al termine della scorsa stagiione c'era già stato un lungo corteggiamento al giocatore da parte del Barcellona. Il trasferimento in Spagna sfumò dopo il rinnovo del contratto dell'attaccante franco-argentino con relativo adeguamento dell'ingaggio.

Quest'anno la stagione di David è stata altalenante anche a causa del problema alla spalla che lo ha tenuto fermo per un paio di mesi ma quando è in campo il suo apporto è sempre decisivo come ha dimostrato la rete contro il Real negli ottavi di Champions.

Qualche perplessità hanno destato recentemente alcune sibilline esternazioni del giocatore attraverso i giornali francesi. (Trezeguet: "Il Milan gioca meglio di noi")

E' poi degli ultimi giorni il misterioso virus influenzale che lo ha debilitato, anche se le malelingue parlano di una vita notturna un po' troppo allegra. Cosa per altro smentita dal diretto interessato.

La politica della Juventus non ha mai guardato in faccia a nessuno: Vialli, Vieri e Zidane furono ceduti a malincuore ma con l'obiettivo di rinforzare la rosa, e i risultati hanno sempre dato ragione alla Vecchia Signora.

In questa senso ha intenzione di muoversi la Juventus che, per la prossima stagione, ha l'obiettivo di strappare Antonio Cassano alla Roma.

Come ha ribadito più volte Luciano Moggi "il giocatore interessa ma ci vogliono i soldi". Proprio con i milioni ricavati dall'eventuale cessione di Trezeguet, l'offerta per l'attaccante barese potrebbe essere irrinunciabile per la Roma.

Cassano, Ibrahimovic, Del Piero, Mutu, Zalayeta questo l'ipotetico attacco bianconero a disposizione di Capello dalla prossima stagione.

Ich schätze einmal, das Trezeguet mit Barcelona in Verbindung gebracht wird, da Cassano mit Juventus in Verbindung gebracht wird und Juventus sicher nicht beide im Kader haben will, wäre auch irrsinnig. Um 18 Mio. € würde ich Trezeguet schon ziehen lassen, da er auch in dieser, wie auch in der letzten Saison sehr verletzungsanfällig ist.

Das ideale Sturmduo bei Juventus für die nächsten Jahre heisst für mich so wie so Ibrahimovic und Del Piero. Sollte man auch nächste Saison weiter mit einem 3 Sturm spielen, dann kann noch immer Mutu oder Zalayeta dazustoßen.

Im Moment würde ich sogar sagen, das man Trezeguet verkauft und keinen weiteren verpflichtet, außer Miccoli, Sculli oder Palladino (Salernitana SERIE B) zurückholt. Dann hat man mit Ale, Zlatan, Zalayeta, Mutu und einen der dreien 5 Stürmer im Kader und mit Nedved, Olivera, Camoranesi und Kapo 4 offensive Mittelfeldspieler, das reicht mMn.

Die im Text genannten 18 Millionen haben aber nix mit der Ablösesumme für Trezeguet zu tun. Das glaubst doch nicht im Ernst, das jemand für einen Trezeguet so viel bezahlen würde?? Wenn Juventus das nicht einmal für Cassano geboten hat (15 Mio hatten die geboten), der mMn um einiges mehr wert ist als ein Trezeguet. Juventus muss aber einen Spieler verkaufen, um Geld für Cassano zu bekommen, ohne Verkauf und Erhalt einer größeren Geldsumme könnte kein Cassano kommen.

P.S.: 18 Millionen - die würde Barca durch den neuen Sponsorenvertrag mit Qatar Airways für die Werbung auf dem Trikot bekommen.

das is einer der wenigen juve spieler die mir total taugen - und der junge bei chelsea wär natürlich eine wucht, dann gewinnt die abwehr nochmal zusätzlich an stärke und außerdem ist er ja bekanntermaßen sehr offensivstark - ideal also
